Meet Dr. Chad Parsons

Dr. Chad Parsons has been practicing in Northern Virginia since 2001, though he was born and raised in Northeastern Ohio. After attending Kent State University, he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Chad, as his patients know him, is committed to keeping up with the latest methods and approaches used in the field of Chiropractic Medicine. He also belongs to the International Chiropractic Association (ICA) and the World Chiropractic Association (WCA), two of the largest chiropractic organizations in the world.

Dr. Chad has another important mission in life, in addition to providing quality health care. His nephew, Mark, was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes when he was three years old. Since that time Chad and his family have participated in walks and other fundraising activities for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). They hope that some day their efforts will help find a cure for diabetes. Dr. Parsons decided to take his support for the foundation one step further a couple of years ago and began hosting an annual golf outing for the JDRF to help raise even more money.

Quality health care is not just about getting well but staying well. Dr. Chad Parsons established Advanced Corrective Chiropractic with that commitment in mind.

While the atmosphere at his office is friendly and informal there is nothing informal about the care and concern for detail with which Dr. Parsons treats each of his patients. He knows that it is not enough just to get adjusted, you need to stay adjusted. Using the most advanced methods of structural correction and spinal rehabilitation, you can have confidence that long-term positive changes are taking place. In fact, he is one of a few chiropractors in Virginia certified to use a special technique which combines specific forms of correction, rehabilitation, and exercise.

Chiropractic is over 100-years old and has become the largest alternative healthcare system in the country. While most people might say that a chiropractor is a person who works on backs, this description only touches the surface of a wellness approach that can cover all forms of spinal-related difficulties and dysfunction. Digestive problems, breathing trouble, back or neck pain, sciatica, whiplash are only a few of the areas that can be addressed through chiropractic.

Remember, a serious physical problem is not the only reason to make an appointment with Advanced Corrective Chiropractic. Dr. Chad also offers a systematic chiropractic approach to health care that

  • Prevents future spinal issues,
  • Provides you with more energy for life, and
  • Properly supports your immune system for better resistance to disease.
  • All of this takes place in a natural drug-free way.
